ThinkingStep

Struct ThinkingStep

Source
pub struct ThinkingStep { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

One step of a reasoning trace: a title plus optional detail.

Implementations§

Source§

impl ThinkingStep

Source

pub fn new(title: impl Into<SharedString>) -> Self

Creates a step with a short title.

Source

pub fn id(self, id: impl Into<SharedString>) -> Self

Names the step’s stable identity.

Motion is keyed by this ID, so a step keeps its completion acknowledgment and its arrival across insertion and reordering. Without one the step falls back to its position, which is stable only while nothing is inserted above it — a legacy snapshot renders fine, but only identified steps may ever animate a reorder.

Source

pub fn detail(self, detail: impl Into<SharedString>) -> Self

Adds detail rendered as muted markdown under the title.

Source

pub fn status(self, status: StepStatus) -> Self

Sets the step status.
